THE G&W DIFFERENCE
Founded in 1977, G&W ESP Services is a family-owned company specializing in Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) services, including equipment transportation, consulting, system optimization, and cable and capillary string spooling. With decades of engineering knowledge and hands-on field experience, we bring proven expertise, reliability, and a commitment to quality to every project.
The broad-head arrow in the G&W logo represents the shared passion and values that first brought Dennis and Malcolm together. It symbolizes the friendship, mutual respect, and unwavering trust they built over the years—a relationship that ultimately helped pave the way for the future transition of G&W. More than a design element, the arrow represents a lasting legacy built not only on industry experience, but also on integrity, loyalty, trust, and a shared vision for the future.
Drawing on our extensive ESP industry experience, G&W helps operators reduce failures, improve run life, and minimize costly issues associated with the handling, installation, and operation of ESP equipment. Our experienced specialists and consultants provide hands-on support in the field during ESP installations and pulls, while also working in the shop to analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and develop solutions that improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
